Live streamed, mixed ability classes suitable for all levels of students.

Classes include foundation poses and more progressive poses depending on the level of those attending.

Some experience of yoga would be beneficial but not essential.

One : One Yoga

Are you a beginner or coming back to yoga after a break? Are you a little anxious about going to class where everyone seems to know what they’re doing?

Working one:one with a yoga teacher can help you understand the basics of a yoga practice and build your confidence.

Classes can fit around your schedule, at a time that suits you.

In following a lesson you agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or damages known or unknown which you might incur as a result.

If you are in recovery from, or have an injury or serious medical condition please seek approval from your GP before joining a general yoga class. If you are uncertain, please contact me so we can discuss it.

With advance payments, either single classes or in block booking, there are no refunds or transfer of classes.
